At least, that’s what our patients say! In most cases, this is our first real meeting with the patient, and our team is fully attentive to your expectations to be able to meet all of your needs.

How the Visit Unfolds
Our dental treatment coordinator will welcome you and help you fill out our health questionnaire. They will discuss with you to understand your needs and expectations, answer your questions and show you around the clinic before proceeding to your complete dental exam. In partnership with the dental hygienist, a collection of data such as: intra and extra oral photos, complete radiographic assessment, examination of the joints, muscles, lymph nodes, oral mucosa, gums, teeth and occlusion and screening for cancerous or precancerous lesions will be performed. We make sure not to miss a single thing!
Meeting with the Dentist
Once the data is collected, you will meet with your dentist. They will go over certain aspects of the interview with you, such as your expectations as well as your questions. They check the data and can perform or request additional examinations (such as taking prints, for example). This procedure allows your dentist to establish, during a subsequent appointment with the treatment coordinator and dental hygienist, one or more personalized treatment plans that are fully adapted to your specific needs.
During a second appointment, the dental treatment coordinator will meet with you to present the different treatment options offered by your dentist and their team. At this point, you will have all the information in hand to decide which treatments are right for you.
